Parents are advised strongly to make sure that all of their children's clothing is clearly
labelled with their child's name.
Our school uniform for Reception Classes is as follows:
Boys UniformWhite or blue shirt or white or blue polo shirt with logo, royal blue school cardigan or sweatshirt,
grey trousers and black shoes. Children in Reception Classes do not have to wear a tie.
Girls UniformWhite or blue blouse or white or blue polo shirt with logo, royal blue school cardigan or sweatshirt, grey
trousers,
skirt or
pinafore dress and black shoes. Children in Reception Classes do not have to wear a tie.
Our School Uniform for Years 1 to 6 is as follows:
Boys UniformRoyal blue school pullover, royal blue tie,
white or light blue shirt shirt,
grey trousers and black shoes. Please note that a tie is part of the boys' school uniform and must be worn except in the hot days of the summer term when the boys may wear a white or light blue polo shirt with logo.
Girls UniformRoyal blue school pullover or school cardigan,
grey skirt or
pinafore dress,
white or light blue shirt, royal blue tie. In the summer months, girls may wear a
light blue summer dress (usually the gingham kind). In the cold winter months, (November through to the end of March) girls are allowed to wear
grey trousers. Girls should not wear colourful socks or tights but are expected to wear only
white or black socks or
grey or black tights.
In all cases, black 'sensible' shoes should be worn as part of the school uniform - never trainers or girls fashion boots.
PE/Games Kit for All ChildrenIn the interest of hygiene all children are expected to change for PE/games lessons and PE/Games kits should be kept in a drawstring bag (see below) and should remain in school during the week and taken home at weekends so that kit can be washed.
Boys White t-shirt,
black shorts,
plain black pumps. Children in Years 2,3,4 and 5 attend swimming lessons and will need
swimming costumes . Boys may not wear baggy or long shorts (trunks are the best option.)
GirlsWhite t-shirt,
black shorts,
plain black pumps. Children in Years 2,3,4 and 5 attend swimming lessons and will need
swimming costumes. Girls are required to have long hair tied back and are not allowed to wear two-piece swimming costumes.
