We aim to respond to your query within 24-48 hours. Usually we will respond in less than 24  hours, queries sent over the weekend or on bank holidays will be dealt with on the next working day. During the busy back to school period in August / September please allow up to 72 hours - be assured your e mail will be answered.

 

If you are contacting us regarding a return, please remember to include your returns form when you post the items, without your details we cannot identify where the items have come from.
