We aim to dispatch school uniform orders to UK mainland addresses within 2-3 weeks (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your order. We do our best to get your School Uniform to you as soon as possible.  Our embroidered and printed products are made to order, orders requiring more than one logo can take longer, and during the peak months of July and August, timescales do run a little longer.   To ensure you receive your uniform before the start of the new academic year, please place your order well in advance (we recommend 6 weeks prior to the start of term).

How to Track Your Order

 

 1. Login to your account and select “ My Orders”. You will find the “My Order” link on the top right side of the page when you have logged in.


2. Click ' View Details' of the order you want to track


3. Your order status will be one of the following:

  • New Order  – your order is in the system and all is OK.
     
  • Awaiting Stock  – we have processed your order and it is being passed to the warehouse. You will receive an Email confirming this.
     
  • Picking – the warehouse have received your order and it is being picked.

  • Production – your order has been picked and is now in the production process to have logos added if applicable.

  • Quality Control – your order is being checked that all is OK and being packed ready for Dispatch
  • Awaiting Dispatch – your order is in our goods out area waiting for the courier to collect.
  • Dispatched – your order has been dispatched. You will receive an Email confirming this.

  • Courier Tracking – If your order has been dispatched through a tracked courier, you can track your parcel by clicking the link under status.   This will take you to the courier’s website showing you where your order is in the courier’s delivery chain.   90% of parcels take 2 days to deliver from dispatch, but can take up to 5 days.

  • Incomplete Payment – something has happened at the payment stage – please contact us by using the link on the homepage of our website.
  • Awaiting Payment – you have selected to send your order by post with a cheque attached. When we have received your order and payment we move it to the next stage.   We do not process orders until we have received payment, so please allow a few extra days for delivery
  • Cancelled – you have contacted us and asked for your order to be cancelled. You will receive an email confirming this.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

 

We will send you an email giving you a forecast delivery date if long delays are anticipated. You will be asked if you are happy to wait until the item is back in stock or cancel and receive a refund.
