Delivery

How can I track my order?

When your order was despatched, you would have been sent an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier website. Please refer to your email and click on the relevant link below then enter your tracking number and postcode if required:

  • Parcelnet – our preferred residential delivery company
  • Royal Mail – our preferred non-residential delivery company

How long does delivery take?

Orders for items which are in stock will usually arrive within 7 working days from acceptance of order.

Although we try to keep every product line in stock in our warehouse, we can occasionally run out if we have unusually high demand within a short space of time. In order to keep our prices low, and since we offer low if not free delivery charges, we usually ship your order once it is completed.

How will my order be delivered?

This is dependent on the delivery option you choose at point of sale.

  • Parcelnet (our preferred residential delivery company) – offer a courier delivery service where they will deliver to you within 3 to 5 working days from the date of despatch.
  • Royal Mail Track & Trace (our preferred non-residential delivery company) – is delivered by your local Postman and they will deliver within 2 working days from the date of despatch.

What happens if I’m not around to accept delivery?

This is dependent on the delivery option you choose at point of sale.

  • Parcelnet (our preferred residential delivery company) – the courier will either leave you a card to tell you that they have attempted delivery or will indicate that they have left it in a secure area of your home.
  • Royal Mail Track & Trace (our preferred non-residential delivery company) – your postman will attempt delivery three times and will leave you a card each time to tell you that they have attempted delivery. After the third attempt, your order will be available for collection from the local Royal Mail depot.

Why is my delivery taking so long?

We are very sorry if you order an item which is delayed due to being out of stock. We always try to ensure that we keep items in stock, so that we can get your order to you as quickly as possible. Keeping items in stock means that we can get orders out quickly, and keeps our customer happy – which also means we make more sales!

Our purchasing department is dedicated to trying to predict exactly how many of each item (in every combination of school, size and colour) we need to keep in stock at different times of the year and they work very hard to maintain sufficient stock levels to meet demand. Sometimes, however, even with the best planning and preparation, our customers do still take us by surprise, and some items may go temporarily out of stock.
