Size & Product Guide

Since we take delivery of items from a variety of suppliers, we find that there tends to be discrepancies between stated age ranges. We therefore include product specific size charts on the individual product pages to help you make the most accurate choice.

To work out the correct size for your child: measure your child and check these measurements against the body measurements in the sizing charts.  

 
Measuring Your Child

No shoes, feet together and flat on the floor. Measure from the top of the head to the floor.

 N.B. Do not pull the tape measure too tight.

 
Product Sizing

Many items of school uniform are sold as a specific size rather than age. If you are used to buying products by age, please refer to the size charts for guidance on the individual product pages before ordering. You will be able to see at a glance what size you need. 

 
Product Care

We do not normally like to recommend that our products are tumble dried. This is because the heat can cause shrinkage and fading, and may shorten the lifespan of the garment, but most of our products can be tumble dried with care. There are, however, a few products that must not be tumble dried and these are clearly marked on the product items.

 
Stock availability

We always try to ensure that we keep items in stock, so that we can get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, even with the best planning and preparation, our customers do still take us by surprise, and some items may go temporarily out of stock.

If the item you are looking for is an official school uniform item and your school has agreed to use our service, you will first need to find your school. You will find the product you are looking for on their customised webpage.
