Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find and order items?
There are two distinct areas to our website. One sells all the official logoed school uniform for those schools that have agreed to use our service. The other sells general schoolwear such as school accessories, trousers, skirts and the like. Both areas can be reached easily using the buttons found on the left hand navigation panel.

  • Official School Uniform – Once you have found your school, you can see all the products that your school has endorsed and then add each one to your basket as appropriate.
  • General Schoolwear - Boys, Girls and Accessories are currently shown in the navigation panel. When selected, you can then select what items you are interested in and add these to your basket like before.

 
How much will P&P cost?
We offer the option of two delivery companies for every order placed. One is FREE and is used by us for delivery to residential addresses. The other company has a nominal charge of £2.95 shown at checkout and is used by us for non-residential address deliveries.

Since we cannot determine whether a delivery address is non-residential or not, we ask you to select the appropriate delivery option yourself.

If you want delivery to a non-residential address but select the free delivery option, we will despatch your item but will not accept any liability for lost or damaged goods. This decision is made at your own risk.

What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. More information about this can be found on our returns page.
