Where is my order?

If you’ve already placed an order at YourSchoolUniform.com, you can track the order process at any time online (see details below).

How to track your order online

  1. Login to your account using the appropriate option at the top of the page (School Login or Parent Login). Once logged in, select ‘My Account’. Here you will be able to view your recent orders.
  2. Click the appropriate order number that you wish to track.
  3. Each item that you have ordered will be assigned a ‘status’. The status can be found listed on the far right of your order. Some items will progress through our system much quicker than others, depending on the individual stock levels at the time you ordered and if the item requires embroidery/screen printing. Each status contains a ‘?’ which you can click to find out exactly what this status means.

Courier Tracking

All orders are dispatched with EVRI and you can track the progress of your order directly through their website. You will receive an email and/or a text with your tracking details.

A parcel is currently classed as ‘missing’ if it has not been delivered within 15 working days (including Saturdays). If your order has not been delivered by this time please contact us. In the meantime it is advisable to check with neighbours, around your property (e.g. greenhouse, porch etc.) as occasionally parcels may have been left without a card.

Delivery times

The speed at which we can deliver your order will depend on a variety of factors. Schools that are signed up to the In-Stock Programme will generally experience much faster delivery times that those which are not. Find our more about the In-Stock Programme.

Please note that if your school has not signed up to the ‘In Stock Programme”, any items ordered which require the school logo adding will be made to order. This can extend the length of time it takes to despatch your order.
